Create a new segment.

To create a segment, filters must be applied to define the criteria for including contacts in the audience. For example, the audience could be segmented based on certain attributes, such as all contacts with the first name "John" or "James".

Contacts who fit the filters in this new segment will be added to a new audience, which will have the same name as the segment.
