Marks the asset as available after the upload.
The size is read from S3 with a headObject, not taken from the client: it is what feeds
HEAVY_IMAGE, and the same call proves the object actually landed. An upload that never
happened answers 400 ASSET_NOT_UPLOADED. Dimensions still come from the client on
purpose: reading the binary would need a native image layer in the Lambda for what is only
library metadata.
