What is OIC?

OIC (OmniChat Intelligent Catalog) is OmniChat's product synchronization engine. It connects your product catalog to the OmniChat platform, enabling sales agents to search, browse, and share products directly in conversations with customers.

OIC supports one synchronization method:

• Single product update (webhook): Receives real-time product updates from your system, keeping individual products in sync as changes happen — price updates, stock changes, new products, etc.
